Red Bird

Just to let you know, this is a TRUE story as I tell you about the RED BIRD! I worked for the Kroger corporation office in the accounting department. My cubacle was over by the windows, I worked on the second floor of a three story building. Take in consideration now the windows run the whole length of the office building, so there were windows everywhere!

Out of the blue one day a Red Bird came to ledge of the window where I was sitting. My girlfriends and I were awwhing how beautiful! Thinking nothing more about it, the Red Bird returned again the next day to the same spot, by where I was sitting! The windows were the type that could not be opened so it was not as if we had been feeding this bird. My friends and I thought it was rather unusual but we continued to talk to the Red Bird. The third day came and the same thing the Red Bird had arrived, my Bubba had gotten his Angel Wings probably about six week before this. So since the Red Bird only came to the window in front of me NEVER wavering to another window, my friends and I decided it was God's way of sending my brother back to check on me! The Red Bird would let me go right up to the window and put my hand there and take it's picture without moving. This continued for so long it got to be a thing between my girlfriends and I, that if I was not at my seat they would say Bubba is here to visit! He came everyday the seven years that I worked there. I still have friends that work at Krogers and since I have been gone they have not seen the Red Bird since. Thank you God the Red Bird was truly a blessing just when I needed it.
